I am a huge believer that everything happens for a reason, and Jen coming into my life has been no exception. I could not have asked for a better friend to come along and make my experience in Spain as amazing as it was. The fact that we just had to bid farewell for an indefinite period of time completely breaks my heart.

She saved me. Jen is an angel.

I was about 4 months into my stay here when she came along, not fully taking advantage of everything this country has to offer, and my attitude completely turned around. We clicked instantly, and the rest is history.

I can’t thank Jen enough for being there for me every step of the way the past 8 weeks. She’s let me vent to her, cry to her, and has so kindly tolerated my need to explore the city and its every crevace.

It’s safe to say I probably wouldn’t have made it this far without her. And if I did, it wouldn’t have been with a smile on my face.

So, thank you, Jen, for being such an amazing friend, traveling companion, cookie sharer, listener, and walking buddy. I am so blessed to have had you come into my life, and I’m confident that our friendship won’t end here.
